"I was pleased with the room & the location of the hotel. The breakfasts are first class as are the bar snacks/meals. I hadn’t expected my room to be serviced everyday so to return and find my bed made, towels folded ect was a bonus. Excellent experience all round. I am considering visiting the Island with my wife in the future and will definitely be booking my stay at the Empress."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to restaurants and just a 5 minute drive from the ferry port. The hotel car park charge is reasonable but having to pay every day rather than a single payment to cover the stay is a bit of a nuisance. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.
