"Let’s talk about what I booked.. I booked a smoking room, this didn’t mean that I wanted to die from someone else’s old smoke that was prolly sitting in that room for ages…. After every smoking guest I recommend that you at least put an ozone machine to at least get the old smoke out… I seriously sick with respiratory issues during and after the stay.. I had to go to Walmart and get air freshener and also medicines because I couldn’t breathe whilst I was in the room upon my arrival… then let’s talk about breakfast… the advertisement says breakfast is included.. when I asked the front desk clerk about that he said they only serve hot coffee and cupcakes in the morning… like so why do you advertise breakfast… there was garbage piled up every corner that I looked and the dumpster was overflowing… I wanted to cancel immediately after I checked in but circumstances, plus when I spoke to Expedia rep they told me that I would be charged for the night even though I checked in like 5 mins ago… the bathroom in my room was nasty… there was dried poop in the toilet… the floors were dirty.. the bath tub was ewwww…. The pictures will speak for itself… majority of the time we spent on the road, thank God because I could with that room… the microwave needed cleaning and was very rusty… mirrors had splash marks.. this was a terrible terrible trip that I still am suffering with respiratory issues from"

"The front desk staff was so nice but that’s about as far as the good went. The room was so run down. There was rust on everything. The couch had stains. There was so much hair in the tub. There was no hair dryer in the room and when I called to ask, they said they didn’t have any extra & that I’d have to wait for housekeeping but they didn’t know when they were coming. So I had to go to the airport with wet hair. The whole property was ick. "
