"We had a two queen non-smoking room which we walked into and it smelled like smoke, which they only were able to offer to spray which was not an option because I'm sensitive to frequencies. Then when we went to go to the pool, they said it was closed because an adult had pooped in it. Then when we returned after 3 PM, the pool was incredibly crowded. The spa was permanently closed and the outdoor adult pool was closed due to weather so we were charged a resort fee and didn't even get to enjoy the amenities such as the pool. Other than that, the beds were slightly soft the pillow pillows could've been more firm and I would've appreciated more refrigerator space."
