「Very nice hotel/apartment clean and friendly staff」

「This hotel is really pretty. The lobby is not quite as beautiful as the rooms. The view is worth it. The rooms have a kitchenette and washer/dryer. There's a beautiful bathroom with a smart toilet. The breakfast is a huge buffet with wetrn and Chinese food. The only problem is that it's on the other side of the river from the central area with shops and restaurants, so you have to take a taxi to go get dinner or anything. 「I liked that the property was directly linked to a shopping center. I also liked that the cleaning lady came by everyday. What I didn’t like was that my room was without electricity for almost a whole day. I contacted the hosts several times but they never responded. Then when someone finally responded they said it would be sorted in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I got the issue resolved. 」

「Totally very nice. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious! Staff were very kind and supportive especially ones who were at the grand floor helping me getting taxies. Also ladies at the breakfast venue were with smiles and very polite. Will recommend this hotel and definitely I will stay again.」
