    "This listing in Expedia is a scam. The room was nothing like what I booked in Expedia. Check in was horrible. They were slow and gave the wrong door code. The room was dirty. I moved out immediately and asked for a full refund but got no assistance. Expedia dropped the ball on this one. I still want my money back. The property manager changed her Vietnamese phone number because I kept asking for a refund and she kept saying she will ask the property owners. I will not book through Expedia again...."
