We had a wonderful stay at Azerai La Residence Hue. What really makes this hotel exceptional is the people. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The service is truly outstanding and among the best we have experienced. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant architecture, lovely gardens and a peaceful atmosphere by the Perfume River. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options, and the spa was also fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, although they are not the highlight of the property. What makes Azerai truly special is the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail of the entire team. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hue.

This location is excellent, very high quality, clean, quiet, well air-conditioned in hot summer, and friendly staff who gave us discounts at the café downstairs. No restaurants immediately around, but walking 10 minutes is some cheap street food and also river walkway for nice running route. We mainly used $1-2 taxi to go to downtown restaurants. Overall the best choice for us at excellent value.
