It would be good to get timely responses from hotel staff when guests use the chat or messaging feature on this platform, as most hotel guests staying at your property are likely from outside the Philippines. "I enjoyed my stay there. The staff provided good customer services, I like the upstairs pool/bar. I also like that the hotel is walking distances to all the bars and clubs in the area. The only 2 negatives is there is a lot of car traffic outside and sometimes the elevators are slow. "

"Clean Room & spacious"

"WiFi was excellent. Proximity to Greenhillls Mall was great. Hotel was attached to the mall. The one bedroom was large. The only thing we didn’t care for was the adjustable mattress. It was a bit too firm even at the lightest/lowest setting. You have to sign a “balcony” waiver and put a $1500 a night security deposit… cash or credit card. It is returned back to you after thought check out and they check the room for any damage."
