Attractive holiday home with a beautiful view.

Trans is a small mountain village south of Chur 5 km from the Chur San Bernadino motorway. You reach this small mountain village via a narrow mountain road. This road is ok to drive, because the bus stops there 4 times a day.
Haus Sonnegg is in a beautiful location, with a view to the south and offers a magnificent view of the Bündner Alps. This farm is still working, producing fresh cheese, milk and eggs, and the good care of the owner Ruth. The home is furnished with care, and has a lovely balcony with a top view. Parking in front of the house.

You can take wonderful trips to Italy from here.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Frau Ruths Wohnung. Die Gastfreundschaft war großartig, die Umgebung ist überwältigend, der Käse, den sie herstellen, ist köstlich und die Aussicht ist episch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem urigen Haus in einer schönen Umgebung. Schon die Anfahrt zum Haus war ein Erlebnis mit Tunnel und den vielen Spitzkehren hoch über dem Hinterrheintal. Ruth und ihre Familie haben uns gut aufgenommen und standen mit Tipps für die Umgebung zu bereit. Die gemachten Angaben zum rustikalen Holzhaus, dem Hof und Umgebung entsprachen dem Inserat und den Bildern. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Wer es ruhig und abgelegen mag ist hier genau richtig. Durch die neue Straße ist die Zufahrt zum Haus unkompliziert und auch mit normalem PKW machbar.

Je gaat gelijk na de snelweg de bergen in via een goeie kronkelweg. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het huis ligt tegen de steile helling, dus er is geen grasveldje om op te voetballen ofzo.

Belle maison , située au calme au milieu des alpages. La propriétaire Ruth ,très gentille et super accueillante, nous a indiqué toutes les magnifiques choses à voir dans la région ainsi que les randonnées à proximité en se mettant à notre niveau car je parle un allemand très moyen ! Très discrète ,elle nous pose le lait le matin sur le palier de l'appartement,délicieux lait provenant de ses vaches laitières. A conseiller à toutes les personnes qui aiment la nature,la montagne et le calme.

Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenares van het huis. Een schoon, koel huis en opgemaakte bedden en een fles wijn in de koelkast! Het uitzicht was mistens net zo mooi als de foto deed vermoeden. Goede bedden. Uitgebreide keukenuitrusting. Heel veel boeken. En heel veel rust. Aan de weg naar het huis werd gewerkt, daardoor is binnenkort de bereikbaarheid ook beter. Een bus stopt 4x per dag voor het huis. Schitterende omgeving en op korte afstand veel wandelmogelijkheden.

Die Straße, die zum Haus führt, ist sehr eng und wird bis zum nächsten Herbst renoviert. Nachteilig wirkt sich aus, dass im Ort kein Restaurant und keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen. Die Familie, die den Hof in unmittelbarer Nähe betreiben, haben Heu gemacht ( 2. Schnitt) und das Gebläse lief den ganzen Tag, wurde am Abend ausgestellt. Aber die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin hat vieles wett gemacht. Und die Aussicht ins Tal und die umliegenden Berge ist phänomenal.

Er is een nieuwe weg met een tunnel aangelegd naar Trans, alleen het laatste stuk was de oude weg en best wel steil maar goed te doen. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen het buitenzwembad in Feldis is soms lekker rustig. Via Mala mag je niet missen. De boerin is erg aardig net als haar zoon. We hebben een fijne vakantie met afwisselend mooi weer gehad.

De weg naar het huisje was wat spannend. Het huisje is echt Zwitsers en een wat ouderwets interieur maar prima. Vanuit het huisje kun je prachtig wandelen. Als je ergens naar toe wil, moet je wel eerst weer naar beneden. Een prachtige omgeving met zeer veel verschillende mogelijkheden. Wij hebben vooral heel veel gewandeld en daar enorm van kunnen genieten

In de vorige reviews las ik over een heel smal en steil weggetje naar het huis. Gelukkig is de weg vernieuwd. Alleen het laatste stuk is nog pittig. Eigenares is bijzonder vriendelijk.

This chalet was everything we imagined a Swiss chalet to be. It was in a lovely location however the mountain road might be a problem once snow has fallen. The bed, pillows and duvet were so cosy that I was sad that leave them. The chalet was fantastically well equipped it had absolutely everything that you could need. One of the cows was a problem as she made a lot of noise for about an hour before milking so you need ear plugs or be happy to be woken early.

Het uitzicht is prachtig en het ontvangst was zeer gastvrij alleen de toegangsweg was stijl en smal. Maar we waren na de vakantie wel exspert in sneeuwkettingen omleggen omdat er in onze vakantie veel sneeuw viel.

We reden richting Trans, op een al best wel steile heuvel. We dachten dat we dit alles hadden gehad, maar er kwam nog meer. We moesten in de 1 omhoog. Eenmaal bij het huisje aangekomen was het zeker de moeite waard, wat een fantastisch uitzicht! De gastvrouw Ruth was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad. Pluspunten * Fantastisch uitzicht * Gastvrouw vriendelijk en gastvrij Minpunten * Geen vermelding op de website dat het zo steil zou zijn, als je met een auto komt die naar niet op is berekend ben je niet blij * Meubilair was erg verouderd Verder hebben we ons prima vermaakt
