The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the restaurant staff on the evening. The only downside was the fact that we didn't have an oven and had bought food for the evening that was meant to go in the oven. Hence the restaurant meal on that evening. "Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. "Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"Property looks like the inside has recently been refurbished, however it looks like it hasnt been cleaned in goodness knows how long and they definitely havent kept up with the maintenance. All of the screws were either loose or fallen out of door handles. Bedroom window did not shut stained bedding and towels.I certainly wouldnt want to go back again."
