When we arrived, the air conditioner in the main living area did not work, this information was never disclosed to us until we arrived and tried turning the air conditioner. The living area was extremely hot and we were unable to stay there. We tried contacting the host, he look a very long time to answer and told us to use a fan. We told him we could not stay there because of the heat, he stopped replying. The couch in the living room was covered in stains and there were many ants on the kitchen counter. We ended leaving to a different hotel once we realized the host wasn't going to respond. As of right now no refund has been issued.
