All rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden with a pool, and the kitchen and dining area lead directly to a large covered terrace with a table for eight and a Weber ceramic grill for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes.
The villa has three large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom – one on the ground floor and two upstairs. All bedrooms have access to outdoor areas: the ground floor bedroom opens to the garden, while the two upstairs lead to a large terrace with furniture. Each bedroom is furnished with a box spring double bed (180x200 cm) with high-quality Serta mattresses, wardrobes, a desk, chair, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV (43').
