"Staff were friendly, bar is nice, and the location worked for us. Room was clean but shower had some hair and the shower head made noise. There is also plenty of parking and hotel is right off the freeway. Food is ok."

"We stayed here for one night this weekend, and thankfully it was only for one night. Unfortunately, the hotel is in serious need of maintenance and overall improvement. The shower handle in our room was broken, and the mattress desperately needs to be replaced. It had noticeable indents, and you could feel every spring, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. To make matters worse, when we returned to our room in the evening, I saw several roaches crawling on the hallway wall near our room, which was absolutely disgusting. Cleanliness was clearly lacking, and the overall condition of the property was very disappointing. There is definitely a lot of TLC needed here. Based on our experience, the hotel needs to do much better in terms of cleanliness, upkeep, and guest comfort."

"Basically what you'd expect for the price. Nothing fancy, no frills. Hotel looks its age. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy parking. Front desk staff was nice a check in. Hot shower, but drain plug was removed, so no tub, and the towels were worn & stringy. Great location--easy access to 95 or Boston Post Road. "

"I have never been in such a horrible filthy unprofessional hotel. Everything was horrible filthy and totally unacceptable Could not check in on time Personnel at front desk were rude, chatted with each other ignoring the guests waiting in line. They also had signs in plain view of patrons that should not have been displayed. They had conversations with cleaning staff that were also inappropriate for patrons to hear. Rooms were filthy: Floors were sticky Furniture dirty Bedding smelled Bathroom not cleaned well Cooling system smelled nasty when it was on Microwave, refrigerator and coffee units were not clean Free complimentary breakfast was disgusting. I took pictures in case somebody wanted to see what the room looked disgusting I am requesting a full refund for this stay!"
