「The staff wasn’t easy to deal with at all to check in. Took me over a half hour to check in and finally get room keys. I also had two rooms booked under my name and that seemed to be an issue - at first they would only let me check in for the first room not both. I’ve never had trouble checking in at other canaltas or hotels. This canalta was a huge let down and I’ll be trying a different hotel in provost or simply staying in another town close by - these rooms plus the hassle with staff wasn’t...

「I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and pleasant this room was. As soon as the door was opened I could see the care that was taken. The beds were comfortable. The room was very well made up with nice looking bed spreads. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I forgot to bring shampoo/conditioner. The little packeted that were provided were not very good. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Hotel was average. This hotel should not be listed as breakfast included. It should read breakfast in a bag. Which was similar to a bacon and egger with no taste. We will not stay here again. They also added on a bunch of levy taxes that we have never heard of before totalling over $40.00.」
