"Perfect spot for budget travelers in Moab. The rooms were surprisingly well appointed — clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days hiking in Arches. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is great for walking to restaurants and shops. You expect “budget motel” and instead get a really solid, comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but everything done right. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The person at the front desk was great! They were very efficient and friendly even though it was clearly a very busy evening. The location of the motel is very good. The air conditioner worked well. Other than those things the motel was not great. Our room felt dingy. It smelled like how motels used to smell when they still allowed smoking. There were 0 amenities. The stairs up to the room were treacherous. The parking was tight and over crowded. Basically it's run down and old. I would not recommend staying here."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom casita and it had everything we needed for an amazing stay. It's an updated hotel, so everything is nice and clean and the staff are very attentive. The location is also perfect - very close walking distance to the town, food truck park, etc. There is coin laundry that is $3 for wash and $3 to dry. You cant go wrong! "
