The room was beautiful, and very clean,
Great location, pub was good and cozy, we ate in the restaurant, the food was stunning, services was great, with a yummy breakfast. Lots of choice.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Communication however is terrible. I sent messages to the property on two separate occasions but they didn’t bother to get back to me. They didn’t send pre-check link either so I had to call a few hours before I was due to check in and they sent the link.

Great for the price. It was an overnight stop, so it worked for us. Its a 'no-frills' accommodation but had all you need. Parking is on the road. Small room but clean and warm. Comfortable bed, clean towels and powerful shower.

I would rate the room as average because they charge almost same as hotels but toilet os separate and no coffee and towel facilities in the room but room was well cleaned.

The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with a wide selection to choose from although somewhat pricey. Hotel is located right in the centre of Hereford close to all shops, pubs and cathedral.
