Our stay at Hotel ZaZa in Dallas far exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. We also loved the restaurant. The food and atmosphere were fantastic. The hotel has so much charm and a unique vibe that made our trip even more enjoyable. Its central location was perfect and made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do in Dallas. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

"Booked the room a month in advance for the indoor pool only to arrive and the whole hotel was under renovation and NO POOL. I had been checked in 20 minutes and they refused a refund. This was a family vacation and we had hyped up the indoor pool to our kids for a month. It was a huge huge let down. ..."
