"Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful!! Food was good and very available at breakfast time. Breakfast staff was very helpful! Rooms were clean but sparce. Not enough chairs for breakfast at busy time. Train noise at night was noticeable if we weren't so tired! Nice walkable location, though."

"The property is situated close to the airport, which is very helpful. The breakfast is minimal given the room prices. My particular room was just fine. I understand that most of the income is made during vacation months, so the prices are higher to compensate. A better breakfast would mitigate that to some degree. I truly appreciate the on call van. Note that I've stayed there a number of times and will likely do so again."

"Loved the location near the airport and on the seaplane lake. Big windows on the back of the restaurant and bar to watch the planes take off and land. Close to downtown - use the hotel’s free shuttle to get you there & back! Also free shuttle service to the airport and train depot."

"Tammy was awesome with customer service. The hotel was pretty dated. The walls were paper thin and the shower rods were falling off the wall. Tammy was able to fix a mess up made by Expedia."

"Great cozy property on big lake. The cranes wondering around were spectacular. Soaking in the outdoor hot tub after a long day walking was so great. The cabin was clean and very well stocked with everything we could need. So quite the whole time as well."
