「La tranquilidad del lugar me gustó lo que no me gustó es que llegue y no había nadie en recepción estuve esperando más de 20 minutos a que me atendieran y el piso cerca del baño estaba suelto y lastimaba los pies」

「Absolutely disgusting hotel. Terrible neighborhood. They dont even have a front desk clerk...they literally outsourced it to India. You check in through a machine with an Indian dude on camera who was impossible to understand. 100% the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.」

「Bathroom was very nice and very clean. The rooms at Tru are sparse, no micro or coffee maker, which they do have in the lobby. There was plenty of room to walk my pup and no carpet in the room, which we appreciate.」

「I booked a 1 bed with king...I am give 2 gween room...right away went and said something, desk tells me that's what Expedia booked for you..I showed my reservation and she said stat strange..but I can't do anything..you booked 3rd party..want Hilton points, I said I can't spend points or it won't make my bed correct...bad place...no parking and bring your laughter for breakfast..」

「Front desk staff was amazing. Hotel was clean besides outside trashes were overflowing all weekend. Do not care for the etiquette of the cleaning staff. I have stayed at this hotel twice in 4 weeks and both times the cleaning staff has not only knocked on our door 2 hours before check-out time but tried to come into our room both times. I understand the want to jump on rooms as soon as possible, but when a guest hasn't checked out, it's absolutely unacceptable. To not only be knocking on a...

「There was a storm in the area which knocked out soem of the amenities like the TV, but that was not their fault. The staff had to unlock our room door for us as the card feature was not working. The staff had to work extra hard to accomodate people. The room was clean and comfortable. Good staff tryign to make the best of a hard situation.」

「The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was helpful the first night. There was rarely someone at the front desk, tho. However, the room had some maintenence issues. There was tiling in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired; there was a big patch of peeled/missing paint on the walls; the interior of the closet was missing a panel or mirror or something. There was no hair dryer. I know the power outage was not your fault, but we did not get breakfast and that was a bummer.」
