I had booked a standard room with king size bed plus an extra bed to which on arrival I was said that all the std rooms are full. I was given a twin bed room with extra bed and told I'll get the king size bedroom next morning. I did get the king size room but the room was pathetic, the bed has bedbugs, the toilet had insects, mosquitoes on it's roof n all over other places. The water kettle had leftover milk, no towels were given etc. When questioned all I got was sorry. The hotel is good, the rooms r spacious it's really nice, but the management needs to become more responsible.

Good taste for food but too too much slow service

It was ok. Food Quality is Great, tasty. But service is horrible too much slow. After order minimum 1 hours for foods in 3 days always serve cold food but tasty. Cleanliness is not upto marks. Towels not provided soap is not provided. Beds need to change its spring bed. Not good for sleep. Staff is Cooperative, good staff and always smiles make good feelings. Refer by iit dharwad but not upto the marks.

Dwarawata Visit

It was a hard stay at the hotel there was no on time breakfast. All the entertainment channels were blocked. Wi-Fi connections were not good. It was told airport drop will be complimentary but service was not available due to cab breakdown. Receptionist were unable to arrange alternate service.

New Property, Nicely Built, Outside Town Limits

The property is relatively new, but does not seem to be popular. It is way outside the town limits of Dharwad, If you have work with the Agricultural University or one of the agricultural institutions nearby or the Pepsi Factory close by this is a good place. We checked in at 10.30 pm, but the hotel refused to serve dinner as the kitchen was closing down for pest control. So, no 24 hours food service, even in the room. We have to go out to one of the local restaurants in the night. The room was nice but the pillow covers were dirty. The buffet breakfast was nice and wholesome. The restaurant staff were friendly as well. Getting public transport from this location is a challenge. If you are lucky Ola Rentals may be possible if booked in advance, but with the usual demands of cash payment, etc. The taxis that the hotel refer to are not registered as taxis but private cars on hire.

Comfortable stay

The hotel is located on the outskirts and hence a peaceful location. However it is close to the main road and occasionally noisy vehicles passing through is disturbing. Hotel staff was very courteous. The floor has dull textured tiles and make it feel it is old.

Nice hotel in dharwad

It was a good experience though my stay was very small. I didn't even spend a night as it was a quick business trip. It was close to the new bus stop. A couple of small things which requires quick attention. Complimentary breakfast has very little choice. Idly,vada and poha. It could be increased. Also the cable TV had very limited channels. Please subscribe to a better plan. We don't need HD, but some variety would be highly appreciated.

Overall a good experience

Restaurant service was bad. No coordination. Food was Ok. We had taken double occupancy room but they gave wifi password for only one person. Similarly toiletries were provided for only one person. Glass in balcony was missing which was risky. But I think that with time this hotel will improve as staff is courteous and hotel has a good location.
