「Overall it was a fantastic stay. Host was very communicative about property and where we can find anything that was needed. Plenty to do around the area and kept us busy for a week with the rain that came in. Recomend using a backpack luggage and it made the stairs easier to conquer!Just be prepared」

「House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.」

「We had a fabulous family Thanksgiving vacation at Rocking Horse Acres! The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the living room with the wood burning fireplace and we made a huge Thanksgiving meal in Amy’s well appointed kitchen. Everyone had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you!!」

「We had a wonderful time and used all possible amenities during our stay. Kayaks, canoes and fishing for the cousins and uncles. The access by the beach to the lake was great for everyone including Grandparents! Hot tub for everyone. The game room was convenient for the kids and adults. We had all three generations sitting by the fire pit having s’mores, playing guitar and singing. 「This place is awesome! Everything you need with family, kid friendly. The rafters from the A-frame house is unique. Kitchen has all gadgets you need to prepare your meals. The host has done wonderful to pay attention to the small details, such as plugs for chargers, makeup removal towels. 「Quintessential Poconos property with woods and deer grazing nearby. The roomy pool was DIVINE! It's heated to the perfect temp, not a chill to get in. We had fun shooting pool...and there are so many activities - foosball table, air hocky, games. A large and nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. So relaxing and low key!
