「Large and clean room. Helpful staff. Adequate breaklfast. No elevator to second floor rooms.」

「A welcome surprise, booked accidentally and we are so glad I did. Its an older motel, but the owner was wonderful, so freindly, rooms were surprisingly bigger than expected, bed was comphy, location was great, Viroqua diner right next door, it was quiet, clean, we have nothing bad to say. Had frig, micro, coffee pot, TV was good, free wifi, just a great experience all the way around.」

「Nice place to stay in the spring. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There's no A/C, but as long as you are expecting that, it's a great place. 」

「The facility was unsafe and unsanitary. There was a clear mouse infestation, and the odor became unbearable. The lack of running water made the property unlivable. I contacted the host multiple times regarding the water issue, but nothing was done.Additionally, the oven did not work, there were no lights on the outside staircase leading to the bedroom, and there was no lock on the door, creating serious safety concerns.」

「Improvements have been made to the Old Towne Inn over the past few years, and it is popular among those of us who come to the region for fly fishing. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms well designed for this kind of activity, both because the windows open onto the parking area and because the entryway etc. Having an old fashioned supper club next door is a real plus.」

「Loved the little cabin tucked up overlooking the Mississippi! We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxed all weekend reading and watching movies! Perfect relaxing getaway. The train came by often but was not bad at allwe kind of looked forward to it!」
