「I stayyed for two nites for a friend's birthday party. The room has been nicely appointed & was large compared to other hotels. The bathroom & shower area were excellent with lots of towels. The hotel is located downtown & walking distance to all the hotspots. The best is that the price was right. The hotel is renovating some other rooms but I didn't notice any noise or have disruptions.」

「The home, host, & amenities were nothing short of phenomenal. The home was warm and cozy with a farmhouse charm that instantly made you feel right at home. The creek of the floorboards and the sound of the furnace lighting, the muted sound of the not so distant train passing through town give this home a charm like none other. 「I'm originally from the area. It's been some years since I've been back. I am shocked at the change. I am surprised how clean and quiet this motel was. It was worth the value. I would definitely stay again. I had no problems while staying here. The sink was leaking but I showed the housekeeper. The AC worked fine. 「We never received check in instructions. Property owner wouldn’t message me back. Had to call VRBO two times, both phone calls lasting over an hour. They were unable to get in touch with property. I did receive a refund, and when the property finally got back to us they said the reservation was cancelled because they “couldn’t verify age”. Do not recommend booking here, but VRBO was helpful.」
