「We came here to celebrate my 42nd birthday. First time at the Frio river. We absolutely loved everything! Great view, beautiful pool and cold ac. We had a great time. We'll definitely be back, thank you!」

「The property and condo were clean, and had all the amenities as described online. We had 5 people staying at the property, and had plenty of room, We very much appreciated having a second bathroom. The pool was exactly as pictured online, and well maintained. The property manager John, had great communication, and was willing to address any issues that we might have. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the Texas Hill Country area.」
