"This property is fantastic and we could not have hoped for better hosts. Derek and Lauren are kind, gracious, and very responsive! There was more than enough room for our group and could have easily accomodated 4 times the size of our group comfortably. The pool and hot tub were great for a nice, relaxing stay. Situated in a quiet cul du sac, close to a quaint little country store which more than met our needs, and still provided the quiet seclusion we were hoping for a quiet, relaxing weekend. But if a larger grocery store is what you want, there is one located 20 - 30 minutes away. "We had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is fabulous with everything you need (some other options I looked at before booking here, we all would have had to bring our own linens and towels which is a huge inconvenience). The outdoor space was the best part. The pool/hot tub with the outdoor kitchen and bbq pit was perfect. If I had any questions about anything the host responded immediately. The house is a short 5 min drive to public access of the river and the Frio was absolutely beautiful while we were there. The arcade room was great to keep our 9 year old entertained. We will definitely be back in the future. "
