Nicolas and all other staff members were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome the moment we set foot on the property. The whole time we were able to talk to them via Whatsapp and they always kept us informed!

The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails.

Amazing gem in the Montalcino nearby area in the heart of Tuscany! The place is beautiful with a very interesting history and never hurts that it is in a winery to enjoy great Brunello while there. Minnie the manager was simply amazing with endless tips, information, and help. Thank you!

We were the only guests for 2 nights out of 3, at this lovely B&B on the estate of one of the best wineries in Tuscany. We had sumptuous room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom (nice shower!) all to ourselves. The staff were local women, who made a wonderful breakfast every day and told us of the life in Tuscany. Stunning location! I wish we had been able to stay another night and spend a day by the beautiful pool. The drive to Arezzo was short, which allowed for exploring and dinner in the old part of the city!

Our stay here was wonderful. The property is centrally located, walkable to everything and a quick ride to the airport was arranged by our hosts. Our room was clean, comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Thank you Andrew and Andy, we hope to return .

We stayed 3 nights at Palazzo di Valli in late April 2022. The property is beautiful and located in a quiet residential area just south of the city's center. I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

Everything about this property was unique and well thought. Appreciated the interior design and attention to art and finer details. Truly enjoyed the way in which the stone and wood from the ancient tower was incorporated into the design. the apartment did in fact feel luxurious and very efficient.

I love the property it was very nice inside… Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly..But it was rather close to the train station… It’s good if you want to use the train a-lot about a 5 minute walk,..but a lot of transient people live/hangout there

The view was amazing from the apartment. Laundry was conveniently free. The internet was a bit inconsistent but overall the place was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicest hotel that we stayed at in Italy. Exceptional service and they strive to be upscale and deliver. Impeccable views, grounds, rooms, and restaurant. Almost felt too nice to be true-- blend of older style with new updates. A bit Disney-fied in feel that it seems to cater to mostly Americans and few locals.
