"It was nice but I feel they could use some maintenance. Paint in the room and wallpaper in bathroom was peeling and lacking trim. Blankets and curtains looked old and outdated. Handle on jetted tub was leaking, microwave made funny noise, and batteries in the remote were dying from the start."

The second front desk attendant was awesome in getting the accommodations I needed for my mother. It's vital that staff understand the needs of those with special needs. "The place was nice only issue was after checking in we had a lot of luggage so we asked to use the luggage cart but was told we had to wait for a bellhop that never showed up so we just drug all the luggage up in 2 loads."
