"Going to New Plymouth and staying at the Devon Hotel just go hand in hand. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome and looked after. The buffet is absolutely amazing!!! plenty of variety, fresh, and delicious. (find me rolling back to my room) The price is fantastic for what you get, and the beds and pillows are so comfortable it’s hard to leave in the morning. The rooms are lovely, well kept, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Couldn’t recommend it more!"

"We stayed in a seaside cabin, with beautiful views of the Tasman Sea right in front of our porch. The cabin was very clean and had a small kitchen, with pots and pans and a two burner stove. The shower had good water. And we could park right in front of our cabin."

"Location is great. Supermarket is a little over 1 block away. Entrances to two main roads makes access easy. Plenty of hotel uncovered parking. Petrol stations everywhere. Liquor store a few buildings away. About 1.5km from downtown New Plymouth. "
