"It was wonderful to be back in Sierra Leone, and given your hotel's reputation, I was excited to stay here. However, I was surprised to find both the hotel and restaurant rather empty. I was also disappointed that the breakfast menu was almost identical for the entire week, perhaps due to the low occupancy. Other hotels in the city, even with fewer options, make an effort to change the menu daily. I was also surprised to be asked for a card charge at checkout, which is something I have not experienced at other hotels. The reception staff did not always seem to prioritize customer service, as they were sometimes seen eating snacks or using their phones at the counter. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weaker than expected. The restaurant manager was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay as it did not meet my expectations. I hope these issues can be addressed in the future."

"シャワーヘッドを清掃時にこわしても、そのままで２度もレセプションに修繕をお願いしても何もしてくれず、3度目でようやく対応された。またチェックアウトをお願いしたときも、あとから来たチェックインのお客を優先し、10分程度待たされた。レセプションの対応にがっかりした。"

"Few staff members can speak English. No reply to emails. Even though my schedule was extended, the room key suddenly stopped working. The restaurant is expensive."
