Well-stocked grocery store within easy walking distance. Ductless, remote-controlled A/C cooled the entire unit nicely. Beach promenade one block away with very good restaurants. Public beaches and beaches with nominal fees for chairs and umbrellas to be found. One issue is the beginnings of a small amount of sea-weed...
