"The hotel was excellent. The only thing that was a surprise for us is the charge of 7€ per person per night just for the use of the swimming pool, the beach, and the animators. But the rest was perfect the dinner recommendable, and it hats vast options and variety every day. The personal is very friendly. "

"Alyssia was kind and helpful. The room was small but comfortable, warm, and lovely. No elevator would have been a problem for me but they managed a room on the ground floor. Area is remote but attractive with a delighful restaurant nearby. "

"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

The location itself is absolutely breathtaking — with rooms overlooking the sea, we woke up to the most serene and beautiful views every single day. It felt like a postcard come to life. The hotel staff were outstanding — warm, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Anything we needed was just a WhatsApp message away. Always smiling and genuinely eager to help, they made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. A very special mention to the Experience Team, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. I had arranged a private sunset yacht with a surprise dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday — and they ensured every detail was flawlessly executed. It was magical.
