「What an amazing place. On arrival we got a welcome drink along with a briefing that explained what was available. Very comfortable and the staff made you feel like family. The food was excellent and the pool was just perfect. As this time was during the laying season for leatherback turtles we were not disappointed as the first night 20 turtles laid their eggs just in front of the hotel. Not to mention that was happening all along the beach every night. Our last morning we saw 10 turtles laying...

「We called the day before check in and was told that the property was under renovations. Full payment was already made. We are awaiting a refund. We gave spoken to persons at Expedia who indicated that the host has to cancel the reservation first. We are still awaiting feedback and a full refund. Extremely disappointing. Property should NOT be listed and full payment take if under renovations.」

"The arrival time of my flight was almost midnight but they offered airport shuttle service, which was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was already turned on before my arrival, so I could relax as soon as I entered the room and have a good rest after the long flight."
