「I don't know how to get out of this. First I booked this property for January the 3rd and pay for it. After that, the property get to me saying that is not available for that date but it is on later dates. I reply asking for them to cancel and refund the booking which they say they can't do. After contacting VRBO, they appear to be helpless with all that and they say I will receive an email, which I haven't. As a result, we never could stay in this property, I have been charge for it anyway and...
