「Rooms were clean which is my top priority」

「Susan was wonderful as well as the rest of the staff」

「First - please get rid of the skeletons in the lobby area. It makes customers leary as they first walk in. I do appreciate that the supervisor fixed the room from two singles to one king size bed. It really needs some upgrading in the rooms.」
