「Cute hotel in RC. Rooms smell like cleaning products but that’s better than smelling like something gross!」

「Lovely restored Victorian house. Everything was beautifully done and up to date while maintaining the character of the house. Everything was spotless and the beds were wonderful. Mary couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, and served a very nice breakfast, with options for different dietary sensitivities. Would definitely stay their again.」

「This place was so clean!」

「Place is simple and cheap, could use some upkeep on building, door sticks and the water spigot for the sink drips and being held with duct tape. No bathroom just a portapotty to use. And watch out for the mice. It's a beautiful location on the west fork of the kickapoo River with access to the River.」

「So they were shampooing the carpets, so trying to keep it clean. We had a room of guys next to us that were very loud. Getting louder as the evening went on. We decided to leave because they were so loud and trying to open the adjoining door. As I picked up my purse to leave a cockroach went scrambling. We did the 3 hour ride home at 10:30 pm instead of the morning.」

「Will for sure stay again 」

「A very nice cabin in a beautiful setting. It’s in a fairly remote location, but was conveniently located near the Driftless Music Gardens, which we were visiting. Everything worked well, including the WiFi. We never even turned on the TV, so I can’t comment on the reception. Download your online Google map of the area ahead of time, because cell service is spotty out in the country.」

「Nice place just outside city limits. Good spot to check out the area.」

「Gorgeous stay for the location and price. Comfortable. Had many things we needed to be comfortable. Amazing communication. Would do it again!」

「Solid, comfortable, clean cabin to relax and enjoy the Driftless region. The owner was very accommodating.」

「Sandy was amazingly informative & all around very fun to chat with. We learned so much from her during our initial walkthrough that we were convinced we'd be returning before she left! The property is lovingly maintained and it felt like our every possible need was preemptively addressed by thoughtful furnishings. We spent our mornings & evenings in the fully stocked kitchen cooking meals together, during the day we explored the area, and the nights were spent by the firepit with an amazing...

「excellent out of the way retreat close to things we wanted to do and great place for us and our cats, the hot tub was a great treat」

「What a beautiful place to stay, newly remodeled and beautiful amenities. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Please note this is not a handicap accessible facility.」

「Beautiful property. So peaceful.」

「Lovely spot right on river. Trout fishing all around area.」

「Wonderful place to stay!」
