「We loved our stay at Refugio del Volcan. We’ve been travelling through Central America for c 8 weeks and this accommodation stands out as one of the best. We had the apartment unit at the top, which has the most incredible views of the lake! The accommodation was very comfortable and quiet at night for a great night sleep. 「This villa was very beautiful overall. My family and I loved the scenery and the peaceful atmosphere. The security guard and the woman living next to the property were very kind and welcoming to us, as they would always ask if we needed anything. Overall our one-night stay was great for all 9 of us. The only issues we really had have to do with the entrances to the villa. It’s not an actual paved road, and it was very narrow, so its difficult to navigate your way through, especially if you have...

「Access to the private dock, bonfire, and easily accessible by tuk tuk! We had to look for tuk tuks that did not have San Juan on the front to take us as they wanted to charge 20Q per person but we got them down to 15Q, in the end we just ended up telling one which exit it was and it worked out great! We had the best time and would definitely visit again!」
