「The staff was so friendly.. best stay by far」

「This Best Western hotel, though a bit older, is worth a stay for others. The desk clerk made us feel welcomed. Our family of four had a standard room with the usual hotel amenities. The room was clean and had a cozy nook where we could step outside to enjoy the water and the geese. The hotel is conveniently located near the Indiana Dunes Welcome Center, making it an ideal spot for visitors. If we return, this is definitely where we’d stay again.」

「Very nice place to visit, but tucked away all on its own. Rooms were nice but we were there during a heat wave and room was hotter than the hallway. After trying to cool it down they moved us across the hallway where the AC worked great (why didn't we start there?). Staff was super helpful with the relocate. Restaurant was nice and has a tiny bar area. Walking trail is nothing more than a mowed loop around the property. Rooms were nice and dinner was nice.」

「The couch had disgusting stains and looked very dirty. I had to unplug the refrigerator because it was making a very annoying noise. The air conditioning unit was also very noisy—it sounded like there was an animal inside it. The pool water didn't look clean either. I don't think it had been properly cleaned. The front desk did not make me feel welcomed. Did not give me any information about breakfast nothing no wi fi information.」

「We returned from supper and front desk clerk did not even look up from her phone. A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. We asked if there were any more boiled eggs and we received a sigh and the attendant went back to get some more.」

「Well the 1st night we stayed NO AIR in bedroom. Told front desk right away. So I told the lady it wasn't blowing air just fan and mind you it was 90 out and we sweated all night because maintenance leaves at 230pm which she was told before that, so it could've been fix the 1st night but it wasn't plus it was our 19th Anniversary on that day. 「I liked staying at the Hilton. On our trip, the tv wasn't working and was a big deal for this particular trip. The front desk employee was supposed to come up and look, but forgot. To his credit, it was so busy. They seemed incredibly overstaffed and he did his best. He got the tv on eventually, but then the tv just played the guide on a loop and wouldn't shut off. We also saw the same employee from that 530pm call and still on shift when we checked out at 12 the next day. I will say that...

「We reserved 2 nights. I looked at the room before paying for it. I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived. That evening when we arrived back to the room the bedding had been changed and the room had a fresher smell. The breakfast is not much to...
