「モントルー、ジュネーヴのホテルが（フェスティバルなどの関係で）あまりにも高かったので、こちらに宿泊しました。モントルーからエビアンまでは船で片道35分ですが、船の時刻が限られているので注意です。 ホテルは、駅から若干離れていますが十分歩いて行ける範囲。小さなホテルですが周囲は静かで、よく眠れました。 受付で貰ったWifiのチケットが期限切れで使えなかったりと、サービス面では難有りの印象です。受付は21時までしかいないようなので、何か問題があれば早めに言いにいった方が良いでしょう。スタッフは親切でした。」

「Worst Accommodation in my lifetime !!! I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. When we visited the facility the next morning, the receptionist was arrogant and did not apologize for not answering the phone. I...

「Hotel Macchi is beautifully situated in Chatel with rooms facing the mountains and slopes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were given recommendations on sites to see and visits to do in the area. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the food is our of this world. I highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back soon」
