「Leopard Trails is a fabulous rustic luxury camp in the beautiful Wilpattu Park. This was one of our favorite stays in all of Sri Lanka! The Naturalist guide who took us on safari was attentive, knowledgable, and a genuinely great guy. Back at camp, the rooms were comfortable and the private dining candle lit dinners were magically romantic. I recommend the suite with the plunge pool, it was bliss after a hot and dusty drive on safari. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this special place! 」

If we have one thing to notice, whereas the manager told us we could get hot shower, we couldn't. The time was very hot, so actually no problem. 「Hotel would not honour the rate / amenities booked. At check-in informed they would not provide the amenities (game drive, afternoon tea each day) that were listed in the rate I booked. The manager blamed Expedia. The manger gave in partially and offered 1 x complimentary game drive, but this was not what we booked. Additional big negative. Room was also freezing. Asked for a blanket and told none were available - manager had an extra sheet delivered. We were told to wear more clothes if...

「This is an unique place to be! Such lovely people, you feel overwhelmed with kindness and hospitallity! And a chance to go to Willpathu N.P. We were there for 2 nights and will never forget our stay with these lovely people! And they make you tradditional food and snacks... An unique experience!」

「This is a primitive camping site. Yes the tent is large and there is an outdoor toilet and shower which is delightful but this is still just a camp site. No other facilities. There is no A/C and it can get quite hot in the tent. We had a wonderful candle lit dinner by the chef who also lit us a fire which was beautiful under the stars. Some holes in the tent need to be fixed due to mosquitos. 」
