「Very dirty 」

「The room was clean but no decor. The bottom sheet was off white and floor mat in bathroom had stains but was clean. No tissues, no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board. 」

「Everything was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly, everyone seemed to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. The beds were super comfortable, very clean rooms with housekeeping service whenever you need it. The breakfast was good, and the complimentary hot tea and coffee 24/7 was so nice to have. Overall, we will definitely be staying here again for any future visits. Thank you to the amazing staff! 」

「The Springhill properties that I have stayed in has always been very satisfying and comfortable. The staffs has been courteous and helpful with dealing with any questions or concerns that needed addressing. I give the properties and it’s amenities 5 stars…..」

「Staff was fantastic! Very friendly and welcoming. Our room was nice and clean! I would however give safety a zero. Someone attempted to steal my vehicle in this parking lot leaving me with a car that isn’t drivable. There apparently is no security cameras or anything of the sort outside. 」
