「2011年夏に滞在して、今回の2013年の年始で２度目の滞在です。前回に比べて、サービスの質が低下したように感じました。マネージャーの交代＆大量リストラなどがあったのでしょうか？レストランでは人手が足りていないように感じました。（気が利かない人が多いようにも感じました。）宿泊１ヶ月前に「サファリドライバーを前回と同じジョセフでお願いします」とリクエストしておき、返事も頂いてましたが宿泊当日にはそれが全く通じていなく、残念に思いました。やはり、冬場よりも夏場の方が多くの動物を見ることができます。滞在を検討されている方には７月＆８月の滞在をお薦めします。」

「I stayed at this property for 3day/2nights. The staff was amazing. They are some of the nicest kindest people you will meet. We felt safe and learned an enormous amount about the animals in the area. It was my bday and they made me a cake and sang, it was unforgettable. Memories for a lifetime. 「まず最初に、ホテル自体は完璧です。プロ意識の高い親切なスタッフの完璧なサービス、豪華で美味しい料理、サバンナのど真ん中に柵も無くたたずむ自然と一体化したテント。どのテントに泊っても、完璧な滞在ができる、そんな素晴らしいホテルです。 しかし残念なことに、ホテルに行くまで、そして滞在後にとても残念で不快な思いをしました。 それは予約スタッフの対応が最悪だったからです。 料金体系の分かりにくい説明、非協力的な対応、自分の決められた仕事以外はしたくないという後ろ向きな姿勢、客を見下した態度、それはもはや日本人への差別とも受け取れるような態度ですらありました。 そのおかげでexpediaなどの色々なところに自分で電話をかけて確認をとることになり、あまりに膨大かつ余計な時間と体力を浪費させられました。 彼女をクビにしない限り、最高の滞在は保証されないでしょう。」
