「Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! 「RoW was a delightful exoerience. Out of all of the options we found this was the most representative of the history involving Rotterdam's maritime history. The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!」

「The property was nice and in a great location. You could hear people down on the street throughout most of the night, although the noise did not bother us very much. No one was on premises so we could not ask them to hold our luggage for us. Stairs to the room were very steep and small. It was difficult to bring our heavy bags up and down the stairs. Also, they told us our key cards would work on the entrance door, but they did not. We had to use the entrance code on the keypad to get in.」
