Villa Pats is located in a quiet village near the Efteling/ Zoo Beekse Bergen

Vila Pats, is a vacation home that has a private entrance with its own free parking space in front of the accommodation and is industrially furnished with a modern bathroom and modern kitchen.

The Villa also has a spacious garden with a picnic table and a large garden set to relax in.

The bedroom has 4 single beds that can be put together if necessary.
2 beds are electrically operated.
*Extra bed on the ground floor is negotiable for a fee.

The kitchen is equipped with modern built-in appliances, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove and a combination microwave. Pans and cutlery, plates etc are also provided.
Coffee, tea and chocolate milk are available free of charge.

The modern shower is equipped with a rain shower and sink with mirror, hairdryer and clean towels, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo is sufficiently present.

The Villa is equipped with WiFi and central heating and air conditioning.

Villa Pats is located in the beautiful rustic village of Gilze (North Brabant). Gilze has div. stores and cozy restaurants with accompanying terraces in a rural wooded area.

**The Chaamse forests are 2 km away and you can enjoy cycling and walking.

**Amusement Park the Efteling (18 km) and Animal Park the Beekse Bergen (9 km) are very close.

Gilze is easy to reach by public transport such as bus, train, Airport.

Eindhoven is 46 km from the accommodation. Eindhoven airport is 39 km away.

Super gîte avec tout ce qu’il faut et une petite cour fleurie et à l’abri des regards en plus. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner en option et il était vraiment exceptionnel, nous avons même pu emmener des sandwichs avec les restes du petit déjeuner pour le midi suivant. Werner est aux petits soins et très accueillant, le village est calme et nous avons été ravis de ces deux jours. Merci pour tout

Family Hamilton Review

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Pats for 3 nights. It contained everything we needed and more besides. The air conditioning was a welcome surprise. We only really had breakfast in the apartment as our days were very busy. The outdoor space was fabulous so that we could keep our bikes in it safely and also enjoy breakfast outside. As we were not around much we did not need much from Werner but he checked to make sure and I know would he would have done whatever he could for us. Beautiful, quirky apartment and if we ever need to stay near Breda again we will be in touch with Werner. Dankjewel x

Nice and clean little house with a nice patio

Nice and clean little house with a nice patio in the middle of downtown Gilze, stores, and restaurants within walking distance. Werner is a great host. We went to the theme, the Efteling which is about a 20-minute drive.

Lovely place to stay

We stayed for a week and it's a lovely quirky little place, everything you need inside and very clean, close to a few diff shops aswell. The host Warner was so welcoming, and friendly, very helpful with everything, goes above and beyond, Amazing stay
