「When I entered in a room allocated, many items in the room were broken or missing. The door of a closet was broken. A window shade was always half-closed and could not be moved which made a room very dark even in the daytime. One of the bed lights did not work. 「Great little village with the Rhine Falls about 10 mins drive away. Great place to relax amongst the vineyards, after a very hectic tour. Supermarket 5 mins drive. Bonus was Netflix available in English for use by guests - don’t need to have your own subscription which as an Australian I have found often doesn’t work. One negative was I thought it had a washing machine and microwave which it doesn’t. My fault for not checking more carefully.」
