「We absolutely adored our stay. We had stayed here before while using Banos as a central hub for our travels, so we were excited to stay here again. We were lucky to have an upgrade to the detached king room, which was beautiful and spacious. Everything at the property is clean and so well kept. The staff are fantastic and kind, we did a few excursions this time including rafting and hiring bikes to do the waterfall trail. 「La ubicación me pareció bien pero no tienen una coordinación entre Expedia y la disponibilidad real del hotel luego que llegas te dicen que tu habitación está ocupada cuando se supone que si reservaste es porque estaba disponible y lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza el piso donde estaba mi habitación olía a trapeador podrido me imagino que usaron uno que no estaba limpio aparte una de las almohadas como que la uso un mecánico negra de sucia」
