「We were upgraded to a very nice suite and did that make a difference for the whole trip. Quiet, clean rooms, comfortable, showers with abundant hot water, personable staff at all times, and there was a very nice elegance about the hotel. The thermostat worked so we were comfortable with cold weather outside. It was convenient having restaurants on premises and nice to be given courtesy discounts. The location nearer the St. Louis Museum of Art was a plus. This was our first foray using a hotel...

「ホテルのコンディションや快適度はほぼ満点。部屋は天井も高く、バスタブも深く大きいので快適です。ただ、注意が必要なのが駐車場の料金です。エクスペディアで駐車場込みの料金で予約したにも関わらず、ホテル側はチェックアウトの際、「それはセルフパーキングの話であり、バレーパーキングは別料金」の一点張り。エクスペディアもホテルも何も教えてくれないので事前に把握するのは不可能で、大変困りました。結局、駐車場料金を支払いました。残念。」

「Our TV did not work and did not work through our whole stay. We did go out by the pool and eat our picnic dinner and that was OK. The room itself was pretty nice as far as we were concerned. The buffet at breakfast was like, at least a football field from our room. It was a back hallway and there was no place to sit. I went back in the kitchen as nobody was around, and was able to find some biscuits. They were really good though. We went up to Moberly to go to the Drive-in so it was a convenient...
