"The cottage is very nice. It is on two levels, the kitchen/dining is down quite a steep staircase that I found difficult to negotiate. I'm nearly 70 and my daughter fast approaching 50, so not spring chickens! If you want to use the sofa as a bed there is a 35 pound charge for linen that isn't made clear when booking. We both slept in the one bed which was fine. Extra charges should be mAde clear on booking and the fact it only has one bedroom was disappointing. Otherwise nice place if somewhat...

"The location is amazing! Within walking distance of the train station and most of the local attractions. Laundry on site was really convenient. Room was well equipped. The only downside was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the tap in the kitchen would leak randomly and wake us up."

"Very good value and very close to shopping and tons of restaurants. It’s a short .5 mile walk to the Royal Mile and Holyrood. The Castle is less than a mile and is all easily walkable. (Weather dependent haha) the staff is always available. We would absolutely stay here again. The rooftop terrace is very cool too. "Our apt was three flights up and there is no lift( we were told ahead of time) so it was a climb as I’m not young anymore. That said, it was nice and clean and in a very convenient location to shops and the tram. There was some noise from the adjacent buildings climate control system. All in all, a good spot for exploring New and Old town Edinburgh ."

"This apartment was beautiful, location superb. The decoration of a very high standard like a luxury hotel. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms absolutely stunning! We loved this beautiful apartment and wished it had not been a flying visit! The cleanliness is immaculate and the overall feel is very warm and inviting! "Property was magnificent clean, very well kept and many aimed. The restaurants along the street are fenomenal so no need to go to the busy part of the town at dinner time.
