「水漏れにより電気系統がショートしたため別ホテルに行く様連絡を受けた。同じグレード、非常に良いホテルと言われたがトンデモ無いダウングレードであった。結果としてこのホテルには宿泊できず、スリランカの素晴らしい旅の唯一の汚点となった。なお、宿泊代は返却してもらっておらず、ホテルズコムからの謝罪もなし。」
