「This place was as advertised . As an older retired Canadian couple on a budget this was a good find . Safe residential neighborhood with a convenience store just 3 doors over and easy walk to some restaurants , groceries etc. Friendly staff . 「The room was clean, modern and spacious enough for me to stay comfortably. The air outside was dirty and it was loud since the hotel is located on a busy avenue. The receptionists were great. They helped me a lot when I had to see a doctor and buy specific items by giving me information on the neighborhood.」

「This is a good deal for the money. Room is not huge but adequate. Mini fridge and microwave work well. I think they even had a stove but I didn't use it. Mini-split unit AC worked well. My only negative is that they have a lounge area but they tell you to keep the door closed so the AC doesn't go in that room, to save them money on the bill. It was ok for me since I was by myself so I just didn't spend any time in that lounge area. But for 2 people, I would probably have ignored what they told...
