「Property was ok. No proper check in arrangements. On line descriptions inaccurate. No on site catering available.」

「We had a great stay! Tim was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and as other guests have said - the photos don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are good sizes and we had everything we needed. My daughter appreciated the tvs with access to app subscriptions. The hot tub is huge, very relaxing. Lovely to have a fire and outside space. Being next to the stream and right by the waterfall was a great bonus. 」

「Loose decking boards bit of a trip hazard. One of the deckchairs had a rusty very sharp part on it which was dangerous.」

「Amazing break away with the kids. Will definitely be back, thank you so much! 」

「Good location on the Central Promenade not too far from the city attractions. You can get a direct bus both to the ferry terminal and to the airport. Good variety of breakfast to choose from both hot and cold If you fancy something traditional you can order the Manx kipper. There are in house bar and restaurant facilities. Both the piano bar and the brassiere serve food. The hotel does host events such as wedding receptions and gala evenings for none residents. Whilst it good business for the...

「Staff could not have been more helpful, polite and informative. Everything we needed they arranged. Breakfast was excellent, service was as first class and little complimentary extras in the mini bar a pleasant surprise」

「A convenient self-catering apartment close to the beach. A lovely welcome by the woman on reception and the cleaning staff also very nice. Kitchen area was well-equipped and the bathroom had a bath and shower. Bedroom was spacious. Only down-side was hearing the person in the apartment above us stomping around through the floor-boards! But I guess this is normal for a victorian building. Overall, very satisfied.」

「The hotel was in a great location. The airport bus stopped about 10 minutes walk away. Marks and Spencer’s, local shops, esplanade and theatre are all within walking distance. The hotel offers a good breakfast and the rooms are a good size.」

「Hotel very clean , when staff were around they were helpful, Location is good for views and although a bus stop fairly close it’s a good 15 min walk to pubs/ restaurants shops」

「Great location and very friendly staff. They were so helpful and accommodating.」

「Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well presented room.」
