The staff was very nice and helpful with restaurant options for dinner. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We went out of season so the parking was fine in season am thinking it might be an issue because there is not much parking. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is brand new so some adjustments are still necessary but our stay was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Luz. The grounds and buildings are beautiful, and the staff was exceptional. We loved having the trail around the property to take a short stroll, and used the complimentary Trek hardtail mountain bikes to bike back and forth from town. The one minor issue that we had was that we had neighbors in the abutting room one of the nights during our stay, and, despite being quiet, we could hear them pretty clearly in our room.

This is an amazing place to stay, very clean room, the hotel is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff are great, friendly and very knowledgeable, nice people!! Pool area is not to big but u can seat on it and watch the sunset.

Excellent staff. Large rooms with a view. Lucas was very helpful finding dinner reservations on Xmas eve. Definitely would stay there again.

Love it! Breakfast was great. Cozy rooms with excellent bedding and nice bathrooms. I could not figure out the TV - watched some news by could not project my iphone on the screen. Pool looked great but it was too cold. Convention center was walka meli
