It was a lovely experience, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. The only suggestion I would have is that they remove those large Jacuzzis that sit right in the middle of the living space that no one uses and replace them with a sitting area such as a sofa and chair. The lack of sofa and chair, forced you to sit on the bed all the time while spending time in your room. They were really quite unattractive and a very bad design idea since people seldom sit in a hotel bathtub, I think a conversation area with a small sofa, chair, and table would be much more practical.

El hotel no cuenta con ascensor. La entrada a las habitaciones se hace de manera exterior y por escalera, si hay mal tiempo puede complicar el ingreso a las habitaciones. Las paredes son muy finas por lo que se escucha claro lo que el vecino contiguo está hablando o haciendo.

Nice property, quiet neighborhood. A car is essential. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was sterile, bland and no art work. Also the view was of a construction site. We did enjoy a cocktail by the pool and the daily breakfast.

Not recommended! Stay away.

Bad service!! Unclean rooms!! And unreliable staff!! I booked a room with a balcony and when we arrived at the hotel I was told that someone else had taken my room and only a regular room was left. I asked for the price difference and was told that all rooms were the same price. When I insisted on a balcony, I was suddenly given a room on a second floor without an elevator. The room had a broken door and was very dirty and smelly. The service was dismissive and insulting, loud noise from the road and the area. There is no spa at all even though it says there is one. A small, cold, dirty pool. A disappointing and expensive hotel! After a month of traveling and moving between many hotels. This is the most terrible hotel!

Tem uma questão importante que o hotel não tem recepção 24h, somente até às 23h, eu fiquei sabendo dessa informação após a reserva e não achei que seria um problema, mas infelizmente foi, se tiver algum hóspede bem mal educado e barulhento, como aconteceu será um problema, não tem quem resolva o problema e você vai passar a noite em claro por conta do barulho. O quarto tinha alguns mofos, como perto do deck da banheira e na "saia" da cama, as toalhas não são muito boas. O hotel fica em um bairro muito calmo e bonito, bom café da manhã.

Ficamos duas noites. A única coisa q incomodou foram as escadas. Nos colocaram no segundo andar, tivemos q subir e descer com as malas. As escadas não tem iluminação e a noite é bem perigoso acessá-las. Deveriam colocar um elevador. O quarto é muito bom e o café da manhã simples , mas nos atendeu.

Run away from this place

Hello, I highly recommend you to run away here. My wedding ring has disappeared in the room and the hotel takes no responsability. They now acuse me of not being careful and are disrespectful. Be very very careful with this place.

Esperava muito mais. A banheira fica em um estrado de madeira que acaba ficando com cheiro por causa da umidade. O café da manhã se repetiu e o gosto dos biscoitos doces era de velho, além de não ser muito bom. Na limpeza do quarto diária, não limpam a banheira e nem lavam as taças de vinho. No mais, a vista do quarto é linda; cama confortável, banheira boa, piscina ótima com sol e área de descanso. Atendimento muito bom também. Ficamos em outro hotel depois e gostamos mais.
